End of The World As We Know It....
LLoyd Austin has requested an immediate ceasefire with Russia in Ukraine. Considering Americans aren’t even fighting there, no boots on the ground (ha ha ha), it may mean nothing. But, I bet it is requested DESPITE the Ukrainian President’s ongoing requests for military assistance from Europe. I figure the Americans can’t control the nazis in the Ukrainian militia, particularly the Asov Battalion. They are bad guys.
So, President Zelensky is either not under American control (which I figure), or the Ukrainian military told Defence Secretary Austin flatout they were losing (which is also a strong possibility).
The propaganda can be the Americans stopped the Russians at Donbass and Crimea, maybe Kherson, too, and didn’t let them get Odessa. The point Russia only wanted Donbass and Crimea will be overlooked, Kherson not mentioned, and Odessa saved. My bet is Poland will estblish peace keepers in the West and eventually take back Lviv. Who knows? But, Ukraine is gone.
Maybe I am completely wrong, but the American story about no baby food is a distracting topic. Why would America even import baby food? Why would no one even ask? So, the topic became a concern. Maybe for a reason? It’s all very Macchiavellian because someone wanted the fighting to stop. In the States. Russia had their agenda, and I don’t think they wanted a war; there was never an invasion.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin spoke Friday with Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu in the leaders' first conversation since Russia launched its invasion of Ukraine.
Driving the news: Austin "urged an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and emphasized the importance of maintaining lines of communication," Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby said in a statement.
Austin expressed interest in keeping lines of communication open with the Russian leader, per a senior U.S. defense official, adding that the "message was received on keeping the lines open."
The approximately hourlong phone call was requested by the U.S. side, per the senior official.
The two officials last spoke on Feb. 18, the Department of Defense said.
Just my opinion, and I am no one…
